 They don't open early at this time it says open from 9am. I need a job and it's closed, it's after ten. What a lack of responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos precios y calidad de impresión. Variedad de trabajos como corte vinil. En ocasiones hay una Srta algo lenta por un aparente desconocimiento del uso del software pero el la calidad de impresión es buena por el precio. Muy recomendable.
Good prices and print quality. Variety of works such as vinyl cutting. Sometimes there is a somewhat slow Miss due to an apparent lack of use of the software but the print quality is good for the price. Highly recommended.

They delivered the forms with stains, they did not send an invoice and they did not answer the phone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé una USB para imprimir unos archivos, pero no me devolvieron mi USB. Cuando regresé a buscarla solo me dijeron que no la encontraban, a pesar de que era fácilmente identificable. Lamentable que se queden con cosas de sus clientes.
I took a USB to print some files, but they didn't return my USB. When I came back to look for her they only told me they couldn't find her, even though she was easily identifiable. Unfortunately that they keep things from their customers.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DO NOT DELIVER ORDERS IN TIME AND FORM AND TO REQUEST AN INVOICE, OR THEY DO NOT ISSUE IT OR IT TAKES CENTURIES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Aunque a los empleados más nuevos les falta proactividad, hoy esa falta de proactividad paso a ser el peor servicio al cliente, además de un trato condescendiente y pasivo agresivo por parte de la empleada. Una lastima pero hoy me perdieron como cliente
I have been working with them for several years and they always deliver on time and with excellent quality. Although newer employees lack proactivity, today that lack of proactivity has turned into the worst customer service, as well as condescending and passive aggressive treatment by the employee. A pity but today they lost me as a client
