★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tenía buena referencias porque asistía a la sucursal del Valle, sin embargo esta tintorería me PERDIÓ 1 camisa Hugo Boss, y me dijeron que me la pagarían a 12 veces lo que pagué por el servicio(que obviamente no es el precio); independientemente de este tema, querían cobrarle esta penalización al OPERADOR. Se me hace POCO ÉTICO; ahora están diciendo que si no quiero eso me lo cambian por crédito en la tintorería. Terrible...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para usar el servicio a domicilio tienes que descargar una app, en ella no aparecen las opciones suficientes para clasificar bien las prendas por lo que al momento de la recolección me dijeron que el servicio sería 50% más costoso. Según me devolvían la prenda en 2 días lo cual me pareció sorprendente sin embargo pasaron 10 días para que la entregaran, aunque el tiempo parece lógico deberían dar bien las fechas de entrega, al final llamé tres veces para conocer el estatus de mi prenda y según me la entregaban al otro día y nada. En conclusión nunca vuelvo a utilizar sus servicios además el encargado de recoger las prendas y la telefonista dan una pésima atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion de la señorita Martha quien atiende el telefono para citas waths app, no le llegaban mis waths porque tenia apagado el celular, le mande mensaje el dia de ayer en la mañana y no me respondio hasta las 8 de la noche, porfin me responde y me comenta que no podia hacer rexoleccion a domicilio por mi zona, le comento que yo llevo mis prendas a sucursal y nuevamente no me responde, le escribo en la mañana el dia de hoy que porfavor me comparta precios y no me responde, le escribo en la tarde que ya llegue a la plaza pero no localizo el local y le marco y sigue sin responderme, porfin llego y me marca diciendome que una disculpa y le marca a su compañera de tienda para avisarle que llegue, ya para que, llevo 2 dias preguntando y no me responde y ya que llego si tiene tiempo para marcarle a su compañera, primera y ultima vez que voy, por culpa de esa señorita pierden clientes nuevos
