★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio el servicio y atención muy buenos, aunque el costo se me hizo elevado, esperé excelentes resultados en casa y no fue así, los muebles no fueron bien limpiados por dentro, ni las ventanas. Me prometieron una cortesía de pulido de mármol y nunca quedó.. Posteriormente solicité limpieza de los muebles de mi sala y los dejaron SUPER mojados, me pidieron que dejara prendido clima por horas y lo dejé toda la noche y nada.. guardaron mal olor y se llenaron de HONGOS. Los contacté para ver qué se podía hacer y vinieron a checarlos de nuevo y prometieron arreglarlos hasta que estuviera conforme. Vinieron, mejoraron pero no quedaron al 100. Pedí que vinieran de nuevo y ya jamás contestaron. Es un servicio que no recomiendo. Las salas no deben de quedar TAN mojadas ? Mis sillones quedaron manchados y maltratados.
At first the service and attention were very good, although the cost seemed high, I expected excellent results at home and it was not like that, the furniture was not well cleaned inside, nor the windows. They promised me a courtesy of marble polishing and it never stayed... Later I requested cleaning of the furniture in my living room and they left it SUPER wet, they asked me to leave the climate on for hours and I left it overnight and nothing... they kept a bad smell and They were filled with MUSHROOMS. I contacted them to see what could be done and they came to check them again and promised to fix them until I was satisfied. They came, they improved but they were not 100. I asked them to come again and they never answered. It is a service that I do not recommend. The rooms should not be SO wet ? My armchairs were stained and mistreated.
