 Very good place to rest, there is no noise and it is very well protected. Affordable cost and close to downtown. You can go to dinner nearby at cha-lupita the typical food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar, seguridad 24 horas, la atención muy buena, nos mostraron las habitaciones y los departamentos antes para poder elegir, el Loft que se rento, contaba con estufa, refrigerador, microondas y cafetera. Tiene una terraza que cuenta con sillas y mesas. Exelente lugar.
Very nice place, 24 hour security, very good service, they showed us the rooms and apartments before to be able to choose, the Loft that was rented, had a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It has a terrace with chairs and tables. excellent place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is quick and to the point. They are very friendly and welcoming to Americans. Compared to the price you would pay for the same thing in America, you get three times as much. You are basically renting an apartment. Fully furnished with a full kitchen and very large soft beds. The location isn't the most ideal but it is isolated with a very large wall surrounding the community and surprisingly you cannot hear any noise outside of those walls. The only thing I would ever ask to change would be to supply a way to put the TVs in English but that's not a big deal. Every floor has its own WiFi router. It is very clean and sanitary. This was my second visit and it will not be my last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed with Privada 400 Casas. The apartments themselves were decently furnished, but lacked in Hot water & heating. The units got quite cold at night. Its located in a very residencial area and Most attractions are not within walking distance.The front desk staff were quite rude, unfriendly and made some racial remarks that I did not appreciate. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for good customer service and who doesn't have a car.
