★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se abren dos caminos, para vivir muy cómodo y tranquilo como principales puntos a favor, su único contra es que esta literalmente retirado de la ciudad si cuentas con vehículo asunto resuelto, porque de lo contrario sólo un camión llega ahí y como te imaginarás solo circula hasta cierta hora y por otro lado como visitante, solo puedes meter un carro si ya cuentas con tu vehículo, no permites carros en la calle tienen que estar en el cajón de estacionamiento, de lo contrario tendrás que dejar tu vehículo afuera de la privada, todas las privadas cuentan con estacionamiento para visitantes por fuera.
