★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zona alta peligrosidad, por cercanía al canal del Tintero la unidad apesta a caño, muchos vicios ocultos por la mala calidad de la construcción, amenidades engañosas e incompletas, cobro excesivo de mantenimiento y mañosa administración. Pregunten a los vecinos antes de comprar y tendrán una opinión amplia, es su patrimonio.
Highly dangerous area, due to its proximity to the Tintero canal, the unit stinks of a pipe, many hidden defects due to the poor quality of the construction, misleading and incomplete amenities, excessive maintenance charges and crafty administration. Ask the neighbors before buying and they will have a broad opinion, it is their heritage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPREN!! CASAS DE PESIMA CALIDAD. Muy arrepentido. Lamentablemente compré ahí, las casas tienen muchos vicios ocultos. En el primer mes toda se agrietó. Y no se hacen responsables. Estan todas descuadradas, materiales de baja calidad, amenidades inconclusas desde hace 3 años. La constructora no cumple con nada de lo que te dice que te está vendiendo. No hacen caso a tus solicitudes. La zona es muy peligrosa y la administración no le da importancia al tema de seguridad. Barda perimetral muy baja y han habido hurtos. Pidan informes con los que ya compraron y tendrán toda una lista de inconformidades.......
