★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy bonito para vivir, las calles son lo suficientemente amplias y limpias, las casas son espaciosas y hay áreas recreativas designadas para pasar un buen rato en familia, pero desafortunadamente está cerca de un lugar donde hacen abono o hay estiércol y todo el día huele muy mal.
 It is a very nice place to live, the streets are wide and clean enough, the houses are spacious and there are recreational areas designed to have a good time with the family, but unfortunately it is near a place where they make fertilizer or manure and all the day smells really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desarrollo bastante agradable, las casas tiene bonita fachada, hasta donde tengo entendido habían de 3 tamaños distintos, cuenta con alberca comunitaria y áreas de esparcimiento para los niños.
Development quite nice, the houses have a beautiful facade, as far as I understand there were 3 different sizes, has a community pool and recreation areas for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable la falta de administración, en un fraccionamiento como este se puede observar que la hegemonía en la construcción no existe, ya se puede observar la ampliación de las viviendas en donde afecta la plusvalía del mismo , es una lástima que por fuera se vea como fraccionamiento y por dentro dista mucho de ser un fraccionamiento.
Lamentable lack of administration, in a subdivision like this one can see that the hegemony in construction does not exist, you can already see the expansion of the houses where it affects the capital gain of the same, it is a pity that from the outside it is seen as a subdivision and inside it is far from being a subdivision.
