★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unas de mis malas experiencias y desiciones fue confiar en este proyecto, al principio son amables y a l fecha de entrega es difícil encontrar información y postergando la entrega mes con mes, tras un año de espera decidí cancelar con pérdida del 5% del total del departamento, preferí eso para invertir en otro lugar a que ellos sigan haciendo dinero con lo ajeno

Desde inicios del 2020 hice el apartado de uno de los departamentos de este desarrollo, en el contrato ellos indican que la entrega unida sería en Mayo 2020, pero no fue así y hasta el día de hoy no tienen una fecha de entregan, nunca fui avisado de que el desarrollo estaba retardado, todo el tiempo tenía que llamar yo para pedir informes de cómo iba el desarrollo y la entrega, en varias ocasiones me dijeron que entregarían en Diciembre 2020, luego que en febrero 2021, luego que en Abril 2021 y así sin ninguna fecha ser verdadera, actualmente la obra lleva prácticamente desde inicios de este año que no avanza…
De lo poco que llevan avanzado los departamentos se ven muy distintos a lo que presentaron en el render (sobre todo los baños)
No recomiendo está desarrolladora en lo absoluto, y que a pasar de que ellos incumplieron su contrato me hicieron una penalización a mi por hacer la cancelación el contrato.
Tomen sus precauciones al hacer trato con ellos.
Adjunto imágenes de la obra tomada el día 6 de agosto de 2021 (ni ventanas tiene) publicaciones donde decían que entregarían en Diciembre 2020

Since the beginning of 2020 I made the section of one of the departments of this development, in the contract they indicate that the joint delivery would be in May 2020, but it was not like that and until today they do not have a delivery date, I was never notified that the development was delayed, all the time I had to call to ask for reports on how the development and delivery was going, on several occasions they told me that they would deliver in December 2020, then in February 2021, then in April 2021 and so on Without any date being true, currently the work has been practically since the beginning of this year that it has not progressed ...
From what little progress the departments have been, they look very different from what they presented in the render (especially the bathrooms)
I do not recommend this developer at all, and that after they breached their contract they gave me a penalty for canceling the contract.
Take your precautions when dealing with them.
