★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por parte del fraccionario, en la etapa 1 y 2 se construyeron mal respecto a varios servicios de ejemplo, la instalación de el agua, la fachada de la barda perimetral es muy minimalista respecto al precio del lote, existen mantos freáticos por doquier lo cual eleva el costo de construcción y deteriora mucho las casas habitación, etc etc...
