 It was my mother, she is an older person and super bad attention, they called her a derogatory old lady, super rude and not at all empathetic. Terrible attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me citaron a las 12:30 y me atendieron hasta las 14:40. El examen duró no más de 5 minutos, pero nadie si disculpó por la enorme demora, ni tampoco escuché que les pidieran disculpa por el tiempo perdido a las 3 personas antes que yo. No sé si es mala planeación del Doctor o del personal que hace las citas pero es muy poco profesional hacer esperar a un paciente más de dos horas! De necesitar este tipo de servicio, no regresaré a este sitio, aunque tenga que ir a León o Querétaro.
They summoned me at 12:30 p.m. and they saw me until 2:40 p.m. The exam lasted no more than 5 minutes, but no one apologized for the huge delay, nor did I hear the 3 people before me apologize for the wasted time. I don't know if it is bad planning by the Doctor or the staff who make the appointments but it is very unprofessional to make a patient wait more than two hours! If I need this type of service, I will not return to this site, even if I have to go to León or Querétaro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share muy experience with INSTITUTO OFTAMOLOGICO PRIVADO IRAPUATO, I searched many clinics in USA but I was blessed to find DR Jorge Garduño, prices were so much cheaper than USA and i was very impressed of the warm atention I got from all staff, when you walk into the surgery room i was very nervous but all is so high tec and perfect, i was amazed, surgery was so fast and now days after surgery i am totally happy. Thank you Dr Jorge Garduño you are amaizing and your staff are a great team. Best choice Ive ever made.
