★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RENTEN/COMPREN alguna propiedad ahí, (3527) se escucha TODO lo que los vecinos hacen. En la torre Brissac hay gente que hace fiesta todos los fines de semana (vie-dom).Los muros son de papel cascarón. La administración no sirve para nada. Valoren su tranquilidad y seguridad, porque además el Roof Garden va a ser remodelado porque está mal construido. En el “Roof Garden” hay una “pista” para correr y cuando alguien corre cimbran todos los departamentos. Busquen más opciones por ese mismo dinero.
DO NOT RENT / BUY any property there, (3527) you hear EVERYTHING the neighbors do. In the Brissac tower there are people who party every weekend (Fri-Sun). The walls are made of shell paper. The administration is useless. Value your tranquility and security, because also the Roof Garden is going to be remodeled because it is poorly built. In the “Roof Garden” there is a “track” for running and when someone runs, all the apartments rock. Look for more options for that same money.

Pésima administración,
La seguridad no tiene idea de la información, administración y control de personal.
No hay coordinación con la información importante para los habitantes, maltratadas las instalaciones.
Muy mala administradora Private Park 1, sólo se la pasan sentados hablando por teléfono pero si hubiera qué mejorar el condominio, no hay planeación y tampoco compromiso de hacerlo.
