I liked the hotel area ... we went to sleep one night and the next morning we had the buffet breakfast and were very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de recepción, las recepcionistas te tratan de mala gana, les pides algo y te contestan enojadas. El hotel es muy bueno, pero si yo fuera el dueño quitaría a esas recepcionistas, ya que con ese trato que dan, no dan ganas de volver.
Terrible reception service, the receptionists treat you reluctantly, you ask them for something and they answer you angrily. The hotel is very good, but if I were the owner I would remove those receptionists, since with that treatment they give, they don't make me want to return.
