N	Natalia Bar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to a local snorkeling tour with Pro Dive. We paid around $40 per person and it was worth it. The reef was beautiful! We saw a turtle, a stingray and a lot of different kinds of fish. The guide was nice and professional. I want to say thank you to the guys that are selling the tours (Gabby and Nicolas) - they explain everything very well, let you choose and don't push you to buy.

The family ranged from 15 years old to 63 years old and the staff were fantastic they looked after everyone. I can honestly say this was a day to remember. Thanks for the memories

We started at the tulum ruins and then we went to snorkel dos ojos cenotes and finished at aquamal to snorkel with the sea turtles. Our tour guide was Leo and he was absolutely phenomenal! Very informative and friendly. Our driver was Manuel and he got us to every stop quick and safe! Highly recommend this tour and guide!

They lied to us about given us a refund and just ignored us completely after a while when trying to get a refund for services never offered. Their manager Manlio Leggio very rude when I asked him for the refund asap. As he rudely told me he could not do refund on their Card machines. Port was closed and we were left to wait for them for an hour at the pool and never informed that they have cancelled their diving activity. Very rude to their customers and not a care in the world. At the end I had to go thru my credit card company to get the refund.

We went to get a refund and we're denied even though medically we were not able to go. We even offered for them to keep 10 percent for the issue but still nothing. I would advise trying another spot.
A	Angela He on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I booked an entry dive here and a day before my dive I got an ear infection. Clearly I wasn't able to go diving at that point. So I wanted to cancel my dive. It was more than 24 hrs before the dive when I went to the dive shop to cancel. The cancel policies state that I can cancel prior to 24 hrs with a 10% charge, which is fine. But when I went there they told me I'm not getting a refund because I need a document from a doctor that I can't dive. The doctor was no where to be found and the document from the doctor I would have to pay for . They just make up rules as they go and are extremely rude!!! Do not give them your money. You will never get it back in case you can't go. There are better people out there you can give your money to. DO NOT BOOK!!
A	Andrey Talman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and really professional dive operator. If I could give them more then 5 star I would do that! They are great for recreational divers for all levels beginner to experienced people. Dive sites are 5 min boat ride away from the hotel.
