★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience with Pro Dive and their staff/guides. We did a snorkeling tour in Akamal, Dos Ojos Centoes, and saw the Tulum ruins.. all in one package with Pro Dive. Would highly recommend their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carlos who mans the booth on the beach was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they try to force you to do a local dive before you dive at the cenotes. They claim that's to evaluate your skill, but that's what certifications and log books are for. It certainly seemed as if they just wanted to get another $87 out of ya.
They claimed that "nobody will let you dive a cenotes without seeing you in the water beforehand -- they won't even let a professional do it." That's both absurd and untrue. I walked 15 minutes to Aquanauts, saved $200 and dove with a women with 30 years of experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had great experience with them. Did local snorkling at a nice coral reef. Next day did snorkling with turtles, snorkled bat caves and visited Tulum. Our guide Gustvo was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and respectful of the environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did three dives here and had a great time. The staff really know the area well and handled us newbies with admirable patience. Even helped us with some equipment problems on their own time.
Rental equipment was heavily used, which makes sense because this is a popular spot. This probably isn't a surprise to any seasoned divers but we didn't know what to expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible refund policies, you will never get your money back. be aware only pay after you have done the activity. The port was closed on the day of activity, they never informed us instead they let us wait at the pool for more than an hour and then casually told us they have cancelled the activity due to bad weather. Your vacation is over?- its your problem, no refund.
