★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUMARY: My wife and I booked a package of diving and equipment rental with Prodive in Cozumel. We are both experienced divers (I have been diving for over 10 years all over the world). In summary, they are reckless, negligent and dangerous and my wife and I both suffered ear injuries due to faulty equipment, reckless disregard for our safety and dangerous dive practices. After inuring us and a doctor advising that we not dive until seeing a specialist, we asked for a refund of the remaining dives we had booked and they refused, only offering a ‘voucher’ – why would we go back to be further injured and placed in danger?? Now refuse to respond to my emails and failed to address the issues I raised. AVOID THIS DANGEROUS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE and go to one of the other dive shops. Also reporting the full extent of the issues to PADI, this place is one star not five star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience! I spent a lot of time with Kaycie. She was incredibly encouraging and very knowledgeable. I was a new diver and I always felt very safe and comfortable. I couldn’t say more wonderful things about the week I had with them. Everyone was so nice and definitely knew their stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used the services of Pro Dive during our stay at Melia Cozumel. We used them for the snorkelling equipment and the water sports packages. Ricardo at the place was such great help. He is someone who will spend a considerable amount of time explaining the island, the best snorkelling spots and help you with anything more you need. He also helped us with some great car rental service. Highly recommend their services.
