While this is not a typical restaurant, Adela still invited us and prepared an amazing dinner that I loved so much, I had to go back. The great thing about it: YOU are the only guest, the food is mostly entirely from local and 100% from natural ingredients. Taste wise I was more than pleased and definitely recommend to anyone giving it a try as it’s incredibly amazing. Adela itself is a cool with experience and a super happy and welcoming person. She knows how to comfort you and help you getting the best out of the experience. This place is made for you, even if you’re a bit further away.
J	Jesse Grab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing dinner at Probadita earlier today. This isn’t a standard restaurant and you’re actually eating in a lovely home set back in the jungle. This also means you need to book a time in advance and can’t just show up. (We did so through WhatsApp and got quick, friendly answers). Our dinner included 8 different items, which gave us an opportunity to sample the local cuisine with plenty of delicious and authentic ingredients. For example, we finished the night with a fantastic chocolate cake and she showed us the cocoa she ground up herself. I don’t know that there’s a more authentic local experience at a very reasonable price. Definitely a highlight of our visit!

Adela and her husband ensure your time at their house is well spent. You won't leave their place hungry. It's my partner's birthday and I wanted us to have an intimate night together. We decided to book a private dinner at Probadita instead of suffering through a superficial restaurant in the Tulum Hotel Zone. Our expectations were exceeded. Adela decked out her house with decorations and even hung up balloons for my partner. She made us lobsters and filet mignon. Ended the evening with the most decadent chocolate cake we've ever eaten (dairy in it, by the way). If this review doesn't give you the excitement go immediately book a dinner with Adela, then I'll personally send you money to book one.

Everything was flavorful and fresh and healthy and we left completely stuffed. This is not a restaurant so you can’t just show up. It’s a private dining experience and you have to contact Adel to schedule. Go to the Facebook page that Google provides a link to and her contact phone is there. She was quick to respond and very professional. We loved our dinner at Adel’s!

It's a private meal (only one table) so you must reserve in advance. The food is amazing and the vibe is even better. Chef Adele is truly one of a kind.

It is very special that she opens her home to let us enjoy her cooking and in her dining room. She is passionate about food and giving folks a beautiful experience. Every single course was delicious and every dish was made with local, fresh and organic ingredients. There was so much food and so many different flavors - we were full but we still wanted to eat more! I have never had so many different varieties of tortillas and each one was delicious. Highly recommend this experience if you want to be away from the crowd of Tulum and have an intimate dining experience. Thank you Chef Adele!

Each dish is prepared from locally sourced fresh ingredients and cooked as you enjoy a glass of wine at the dining table. Every dish was delicious and plentiful, a highlight was the handmade tortillas in many flavors. Chef Adel even made a beautiful cake for my birthday. I highly recommend the dining experience at Probadita.
