Quitaron la terminal bancaria de cobro y ahora cobran creo que desde el celular con una aplicación muy mala, que me tuvieron esperando parada porque su aplicación no les abonaba el saldo y a mi ya me habían hecho el cargo, las chicas normalmente son amables pero ante esa situación la que me atendió si fue grosera. Deberían de enseñarles a resolver ese tipo de situaciones siendo más amables o mejor vuelvan a poner la terminal bancaria, jamás había tenido ningún problema hasta que la quitaron.
