★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una plaza muy grande donde hay de todo. Muchos restaurantes y servicios. Lo malo son los puestos donde venden planchas para el cabello. Los vendedores te cazan y casi te jalan del brazo para convencerte que les compres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de "Liz" desde que llegué se porto muy grosera y me recibió con el cubre bocas abajo, pedí asesoría para unos productos y no me sabía explicar nada, me terminó vendiendo un producto incorrecto y al yo no conocer la marca no me di cuenta que estaba mal hasta que llegue a mi casa y busque los productos en internet. Volví al día siguiente a qué me hicieran el cambio pero me dijeron que no podían porque no había cambios ni devoluciones, la Sra. Que me atendió era muy amable, sin embargo Liz continuo muy despota, no fue capaz de ofrecer una disculpa y pero si de seguir hablando de forma geosera. Afortunadamente el producto erróneo tenía costo de $15, decidí no comprar lo que me debieron dar desde un principio porque pedían cierta cantidad para pagar con tarjeta, entonces querían que comprara más cosas aún. Pediré en línea de hoy de adelante o visitaré otro Probell.
Actualización: no fue un producto el que me vendieron mal, fueron 2. Pedí base, color y brillo final de gelish y me vendieron un primer adherente en vez de base, el color si estuvo bien y en vez de brillo final un top coat que no es de gelish, se va con acetona y ni siquiera tiene que secar con lámpara.
Terrible attention from "Liz" since I arrived, she was very rude and received me with the mouthpiece down, I asked for advice on some products and she didn't know how to explain anything, she ended up selling me the wrong product and since I didn't know the brand, I didn't I realized it was wrong until I got home and looked for the products on the internet. I returned the next day to have the change made but they told me that they could not because there were no changes or refunds, the lady who attended me was very kind, however Liz continued very despot, she was not able to offer an apology and but yes to keep talking in a geosera way. Fortunately, the wrong product had a cost of $ 15, I decided not to buy what they should have given me from the beginning because they asked for a certain amount to pay by card, so they wanted me to buy even more things. I will order online from today onwards or visit another Probell.
Update: it was not a product that sold me badly, there were 2. I asked for base, color and final shine of gelish and they sold me a first adherent instead of base, the color was good and instead of final gloss a top coat that It is not gelish, it goes with acetone and it does not even have to dry with a lamp.
