★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió una chica bajita morena con lentes, lamento no saber su nombre pero fue muy amable. Me supo explicar los productos para poder pintarme el cabello y que no se dañara tanto, agregando ampolletas y esas cosas, la verdad es que eso me agradó porque no sabía de eso y solo iba por el tinte y el peróxido jaja así que fue bueno.
Lo que me desagrado un poco fue que otra vendedora (supongo su jefa) le dijo "vas con todo en tus ventas el día de hoy, con este ya llegaste a tu mínimo"; señora al menos espere a que me vaya para andar hablando de esa manera.
Y pues ya, la verdad voy a volver por el precio e intentar que me atienda la misma chica amable, pero la actitud de la otra señora deja mucho que desear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nueva encargada siempre con caras, atiende con malos modos, reprende a los colaboradores frente a los clientes y no tiene buena actitud cuando las chicas le piden asesoría. Siento que les falta capacitación con relación a los productos; tienes que saber por qué vas y que buscas porque no te ayudan mucho a encontrar lo que requieres a menos que sepas específicamente que lo que vas a comprar.
