Llevé mi computadora por una falla en específico, ellos me dijeron que el problema venía de la tarjeta madre, dijeron que la cambiarían pero también insistieron en cambiar la RAM, formatearla, hacer un respaldo y más. La falla no se solucionó, se las volví a llevar, le hicieron más cosas y tampoco. Al final me cobraron casi $4,000 y no arreglaron nada. Les reclamé y dejaron de contestar, un asco de trabajo.
Horrible service! I took my computer for a specific failure, they told me that the problem came from the motherboard, they said they would change it but they also insisted on changing the RAM, formatting it, making a backup and more. The failure was not solved, I took them back, they did more things and neither. In the end they charged me almost $ 4,000 and they didn't fix anything. I complained to them and they stopped answering, a disgusting job.
