Pidieron el pago del 100% antes de venir a entregar, el cual se les transfirió. FUERON Y ENTREGARON A OTRO DOMICILIO. Hablamos para preguntar por que no había llegado el pedido y hasta entonces se dieron cuenta del error. Ahora a esperar a que nos traigan lo solicitado, QUE YA ESTA PAGADO y ojalá esté en buen estado.
Actualizo: El Sr Edgar vino personalmente a verificar que se entregara correctamente, Por eso cambio mi calificación de 1 a 3 estrella, Porque es buen servicio, pero eso de que entreguen en otro lado, cuando ya habían venido a medir.
We needed some pictures. To come to measure they charged $ 150, first they told us that they billed, then they did not. They asked for 100% payment before coming to deliver, which was transferred to them. THEY WENT AND DELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS. We spoke to ask why the order had not arrived and until then they realized the error. Now to wait until they bring us what is requested, THAT IS ALREADY PAID and hopefully it is in good condition.
Update: Mr. Edgar came personally to verify that it was delivered correctly, that's why I change my rating from 1 to 3 stars, because it is good service, but that they deliver elsewhere, when they had already come to measure.
