I was looking for a good dental office online. And I am so glad I picked this dental office. Everyone was so sweet and patient with me from the doctors to the receptionist. Thank you Dr. Alfredo, Dr. Veronica, Jorge, Dr. Jesus, Candy, Ricardo, and Dr. Fatima. Thank you so much for my new smile!!! I highly recommend this place! I wish I could go visit you guys every 6 months for my routine checkup. ??

I was traveling with a friend from the US when I realized I wanted to get a consultation with Dr. Alfredo. It was a last minute plan but I was able to be fit into the office’s schedule. From the moment I walked into his office I was welcomed and felt at ease. His staff is professional and the office was so clean. Everyone’s English is amazing and I had no issues communicating my wants. Dr. Alfredo is a perfectionist and even asked me to come back the next day to get my smile perfect rather than just trying to rush through and finish. I would highly recommend this office if you have been considering any dental work. I will definitely be back in the future and refer all my family and friends. I now love showing off my smile and owe it all Dr. Alfredo and his staff!

Top quality and professional service. My family and I flew from Canada to see Dr. Alfredo and his team. Combined, we got 3 dental implants, veneers and a bichectomy done. We felt heard and understood by the staff every step of the way, they were very flexible with us and even stayed after closing hours twice because of our schedule, which we appreciated. Dr. Alfredo has many medical specialists working with him, we were primarily treated by Dr. Alfredo, Dr. Veronica and Ricardo the dental coordinator. I would recommend getting their shuttle service to and from the airport, their concierge Juan was waiting for us at the airport the moment we arrived, took us to our air bnb and suggested a few places to visit in Guadalajara. Definitely gave us a great first impression.

Because of my almost overwhelming anxiety about going to the dentist, I always put it off as long as possible (which for me was a really long time). What initially brought me to visit this office was several referrals from trusted expat friends here in Guadalajara and Dr. Alfredo’s ratings and reviews. What I encountered was a skilled, gentle,and compassionate dentist that absolutely radiates positivity. He really listened to my fears and concerns and answered every question. Dr Alfredo is a perfectionist and communicates with perfect English. His staff includes many medical specialists who all work together to the benefit of the patient. The office is immaculately clean and has the latest in dental equipment and technology. For instance, they have a full mouth digital x-ray machine which provides for a quick evaluation of your dental situation. Also, more pinpoint instant digital x-rays are done right at the patient’s chair. I cannot be more pleased my treatment and results not to mention that Proclinic prices are reasonable considering the quality of care.

This will be my third trip visiting Guadalajara to see the best dentist I have ever known. Dr. Alfredo and his team are hands-down some of the most skilled dentists in their field. I was moved to write this review after seeing an obviously fake review recently. There is no way this dentist deserves such a low rating, much less a baseless unexplained one star. I will be honest, what brought me initially to visit this office was Dr. Alfredos well earned five star perfect rating. What I encountered was not only a great and skilled dentist, but one of the kindest and most caring human beings I’ve ever had the luck and pleasure of meeting. His treatment is gentle and understanding and radiates positivity in every interaction. Believe me when I tell you that you will feel blessed to have met this beautiful person. As far as the dental work is concerned, I cannot be more pleased with the results. As complicated as my initial situation was, Dr. Alfredo and his team were patient and encouraging in developing a restoration plan. At all times my concerns were heard and specifically addressed. The prices were very affordable as compared to the ridiculous amounts charged outside of Mexico. Perhaps you might find cheaper prices at other nearby offices, but you will be hard pressed to get a better value and benefit for your money. The office has the latest in dental equipment and uses the newest technology in your dental care. For instance, they have a full mouth digital x-ray machine which provides for a quick evaluation of your dental situation. There is no need to delay your treatment by needing to head to an outside clinic to obtain an x-ray. Also, more pinpoint instant digital x-rays are done right at the patient’s chair. Finally, Dr. Alfredo is very accommodating in terms of your schedule to accomplish whatever you need. I enjoy visiting Guadalajara at least three times a year and always look forward to my dental appointments. Seems strange and counterintuitive I know, (Who likes going to the dentist?) but it is always a rewarding experience for me. I fully encourage you to give Dr. Alfredo an opportunity to earn your loyalty and admiration.

This dental office is the best . Great experienced and very friendly staff . They customize every patients specific needs . Alfredo is awesome and Raul is a master in his craft . Not to mention, you can’t beat their prices . Very clean , sanitary, and fresh. Awesome, will bring all my family here in the future .

This practice was recommended to me because they also speak English. I am extremely happy with the crown Dr. Alfredo replaced. So much so, that I had some cosmetic work done before heading back to the states. They make it easy to get an appointment quickly. The facility is very clean and everyone who works there is welcoming and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!
