★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te agendan, te confirman la cita, resulta que esperas y llegas antes para la consulta y te terminan diciendo que ellos te esperaron a ti (cuando te dicen una hora para llegar) y piden reagendar, ahora imaginen que es una emergencia y salen con esto... Muy mal y poco profesionalismo y falta de comunicación con su recepcionista y el médico tratante...

Acudí por un dolor y dentro de la exploración me comentó que tenía un absceso y tenía que operarme prácticamente ese día. Sin embargo, claramente asustada por qué iba sola y cuando uno escucha cirujía, sobre todo cuando está tan pronto pues uno se asusta.
Con mucho miedo fui a ver a varios especialistas para confirmar si tenía dicho absceso para ver si me decidía para la operación y oh sorpresa, en realidad no lo tenía, era un problema diferente.
Entiendo que todos nos podemos equivocar, entiendo que las interpretaciones pueden variar, pero me parece algo muy serio cuando involucra una cirugía y una tan pronta, así que espero de todo corazón que solo se haya equivocado conmigo y para avisarles que en general cuando se sugiere una cirugía vayan a pedir más opiniones. ? Por qué nuestra salud es algo muy importante
