★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está todavía al estilo antiguo, como cuando no existía el internet. Si solicitas copias te dicen que regreses en un mes por ellas. Las personas que van desde otra ciudad a hacer trámites ahí, tienen que hacer varios viajes para arreglar algo sencillo. No sé si es el personal que le gusta hacer batallar a las personas o así es el sistema como de hace más de 199 años atrás. La gente humilde no puede hacer tantos viajes y desisten de arreglar sus tramites. Los planos que tienen no los han actualizado. No sé que pasa!! Necesitan actualizarse!.
It's still old-fashioned, like when the internet didn't exist. If you ask for copies they tell you to come back in a month for them. People who go from another city to do paperwork there, have to make several trips to fix something simple. I do not know if it is the staff who like to make people fight or if the system is like it was more than 199 years ago. Humble people cannot make so many trips and they give up fixing their paperwork. The plans they have have not been updated. I do not know what's happening!! They need to update !.
