The person who answers the phone is very rude and arrogant, he is supposed to be a public servant and therefore he must do his job as established by law, if he is there it is to give information, which he does not do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es mejor vía telefónica, en oficinas no hay quien te de informes y solo hacen audiencias a personas ya agendadas y la plaza abre hasta las 9:00am para ingresar a las oficinas.
