★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy 9 de octubre, acudi a la Profedet, el policía solo me digo que para poder ser atendida debía agendar cita por correo, las hojas dicen que debemos agendar cita al correo [email protected], hay un listado para encargados de área, seguimiento jucios un listado también. Tú solicitud por cita de le asigna a un abogado y si en diez días no tienes respuesta deberás enviar correo a [email protected].
Aunque existe línea telefónica no te responden.

Luego los policías que se sienten los dueños pffff, cada vez estamos peor por ese tipo de personas, CAPACITACIÓN Y LENGUAJE señores!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo desde las8:30 les estoy marcando por teléfono y nada no contestan deberían tener más opciones de números telefónicos para comunicarse con los (servidores públicos.) Ya es la 1:23 y nada no contestan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, no contestan el teléfono y cuando te contestan te cuelgan, si vas personalmente tardan en atenderte mientras desayunan o toman su café, te atienden de manera déspota, hacen que revisan tu documentación para que al final te dicen que están mal tus documentos.
