★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo inició excelente, atencion muy mable y al final me ayudaron a solucionar mi problema por lo que les agradezco, pero una de las funcionarias y digo una porque no fueron tod@s no atendía con buena actitud. Sin embargo para como estamos acostumbrados que atiendan en gobierno, tienen una muy buena atencion. Se los recomiendo.
 Everything started excellent, very kind attention and in the end they helped me to solve my problem for which I thank them, but one of the officials and I say one because they were not all, did not attend with a good attitude. However, as we are used to being served in government, they have a very good service. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejaron a tapachula sin protección ahora todo es en tuxtla sumale gastos de pasajes comidas metes tu queja y dentro de cuatro meses te responden en mi caso fue un cilindro de gas en mal estado que me vendieron de la empresa damigas equivale a menos de 300 pesos que bárbaros en ir y venir gasto más así que no sirve para nada dicha procuraduría del consumidor un engaño más de parte del gobierno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buenos días, hace unos días estuve de vacaciones en el estado de Chiapas, en puerto Arista , cada año viajamos a puerto Arista porque nos gusta mucho , pero quiero sugerirles que se den una vuelta , los precios elevadisimos, sobre todo en las tienditas cuando ven que uno no es de ese lugar se aprovechan y suben el precio de todo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto y mediocre "servicio" más de un tipo es el jefe un tal Lic. Ulloa que defiende a CFE solo se hace menso, llama a un Ing. Juan Carlos (jefe CFE en Tapachula) el mismo tipo autoriza se proporcione en su número. Solo se hacen estúpidos, pues el tal Lic. Ulloa no recibe la documentación para iniciar con la queja formal. Debe de ser bueno el cheque mensual, para que CFE no sume quejas.
Nefarious and mediocre "service" more than one guy is the boss, a certain Lic. Ulloa who defends the CFE only plays dumb, calls an Ing. Juan Carlos (head of the CFE in Tapachula) the same guy authorizes his number to be provided. They are just being stupid, because Mr. Ulloa does not receive the documentation to start with the formal complaint. The monthly check must be good, so that CFE does not add complaints.
