★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo el trato de la encargada de RH del piso 17, fui a pedir informes y me dijeron que no me debieron dejar pasar que toda la información sobre vacantes en el recepción, me querían regañar como si yo me supiera sus procesos o protocolos internos, regrese a recepción en PB y la recepcionista ya me quería regañar otra vez, si le conteste y en todo caso ella debió preguntarme a que asunto venía, cabe mencionar que me anuncié llegando que pasaría al piso 17 a RH, en ese momento se le debió de prender el foco y decirme todo lo anterior.
 The treatment of the HR manager on the 17th floor was very bad, I went to ask for reports and they told me that they should not let me pass all the information about vacancies at the reception, they wanted to scold me as if I knew their internal processes or protocols, I came back to reception in PB and the receptionist already wanted to scold me again, if I answered her and in any case she had to ask me what matter I was coming from, it is worth mentioning that I announced when I arrived that I would go to the 17th floor to RH, at that moment it was due to her turn on the light and tell me all of the above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi llamada duro aproximadamente 1 hora y nunca fue atendida por un asesor, solamente la voz de la grabación y nada más era para solicitar información a un procedimiento.
My call lasted approximately 1 hour and was never answered by an advisor, only the voice of the recording and nothing else was to request information from a procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Así justifican que te revisen la compra. Profeco lo prohibió y dicen que te hacen un favor con revisaste, no se te haya olvidado algo que pagaste.
Espero quede a la vista para que hagan algo. Prometo quitar la mala calificación cuando hagan que se ajusten a la ley y dejen de hacer lo que quieran con sus cartelitos justificantes.
This is how they justify reviewing your purchase. Profeco prohibited it and they say that they are doing you a favor with you checking, you have not forgotten something you paid for.
I hope it stays in sight for them to do something. I promise to remove the bad rating when they make them comply with the law and stop doing what they want with their supporting signs.
