★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui porque necesitaba hacer una denuncia por robo y en todo momento fueron muy amables, me atendieron bastante bien y no había mucha gente, lo único malo es que por el lugar donde fueron los hechos, no me pudieron atender ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mp de URI súper tardado, eso sí,super amable el licenciado ? y los policías de investigación (PDI) NEFASTOS! me tuvieron esperando horas para mi entrevista mientras uno charlaba por celular (me tenían de frente y me ignoraron), después de horas de espera y sin comer salí por agua y me entero que no me encontraron e hicieron la investigación sin mi! ??? esos no cambian!
The URI mp super slow, yes, super friendly the graduate ? and the investigative police officers (PDI) NEFASTOS! They kept me waiting hours for my interview while one was chatting on the cell phone (they had me in front of them and ignored me), after hours of waiting and without eating I went out for water and I found out that they did not find me and did the investigation without me! ??? those don't change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenemos la fea creencia de que dentro de la burocracia todo es maldad. Cuando en realidad la burocracia son las articulaciones especializadas del Estado. Fui a sacar un acata de extravío de un documento oficial que tramité por internet, me atendió a la brevedad un simpático señor ya algo grande (no le pregunté su nombre) y fue de los mejores tratos que he tenido dentro de dependencias del gobierno, además que te da consejos de vida mientras te tramita lo que vayas a hacer. Una gran experiencia.
We have the ugly belief that everything within the bureaucracy is evil. When in reality the bureaucracy are the specialized articulations of the State. I went to check out a lost official document that I processed online, I was treated promptly by a nice man and something big (I did not ask his name) and it was one of the best deals I've had inside government agencies, plus that gives you life advice while processing what you're going to do. A great experience.
