★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un mal servicio en la agencia 1 citan a las personas a una hora y son atendidas una hora despues, yo supongo que lis citatorios son precisamente para eso o sea para disminuir el tiempi de espera de las persona.
They have a bad service in the agency 1 they quote people within an hour and they are attended an hour later, I suppose that the citations are precisely for that, that is to say to reduce the waiting time of the person.
