★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo toda oficina de gobierno, los procesos burocráticos son lentos , la sala de espera está muy reducida y obscura .
Mi experiencia personal , para levantar una acta de robo tomo aproximadamente 6 hrs y después de las 4.30 el personal salio sin previo aviso a todos los que teníamos un reporte pendiente dejándonos olvidados en la sala de espera.
Al final fue el superior del personal quien nos tomó la declaración y levanto nuestras actas de robo.
Like all government offices, bureaucratic processes are slow, the waiting room is very small and dark.
My personal experience, to take a robbery report took approximately 6 hours and after 4.30 the staff left without prior notice to all of us who had a pending report leaving us forgotten in the waiting room.
In the end it was the superior of the staff who took the statement from us and made our theft reports.
