Saliendo le volvimos a preguntar a la señora del filtro si les habia llegado nuestra parte y nos volvio a decir que NO HABIA LLEGADO NADA. Necesitamos las grabaciones de las camaras que tiene que solicitar el MP pero gracias a personas como esta hacen que los tramites se dilaten más y las grabaciones pudieran sobre escribirse lo que para nosotros como para muchos más podria resultar en graves consecuencias, todo por que a la señora no se le inchan las ganas de preguntar y hacer bien su trabajo. Cuando le dije que lo estaba grabando ahí si pidiendo las cosas por favor. De cualquier modo me detuvo mi trámite, no quiso hacer su trabajo. Edificio grande con varios niveles pero muy descuidado (baños sucios, pisos cuarteados, paredes rayadas, vidrios sucios, etc). Hay que mejorar las medidas de higiene por contingencia sanitaria y educar a los usuarios. La calidad de la atención es muy variada, dada la gran cantidad de usuarios se comprende que haya molestias por parte del personal ya que no se dan abasto (ahí el gobierno que elige el pueblo debe de desquitar su sueldazo para agilizar todo esto contratando gente capacitada) pero no es pretexto para maltratar a alguien que va a pedir información, o a denunciar o a declarar y mucho menos que se hagan de la vista gorda cuando pasan sus amigos o conocidos o quienes llevan coquitas o galletitas para encontrar más rápido un papel, un NUC o a una persona. En pocas palabras, demasiada burocracia para tan poca eficiencia. Facilities somewhat on the outskirts of the city to make it easy for the entire population to visit.
