★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hace una semana por un par de productos, me comentaron que no lo tenían pero que para el siguiente sábado contarían con los productos,; ingenuamente regresé, y tampoco, ninguno de los 3 productos que requería. NUNCA TIENEN NADA. Pésimo lugar.
 I went a week ago for a couple of products, they told me that they did not have it but that by the following Saturday they would have the products; I naively returned, and neither did any of the 3 products I required. THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING. Terrible place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta farmacia nunca tiene nada, si pudiera calificarla con menos 2 estrellas lo haría. Van más de 4 ocasiones que voy a preguntar por equis producto (protector Anthelios, pomada presteme, periplum gel, shampoo pilexil, entre otros) y jamás han tenido lo que les pido. Lo peor, es que he marcado para preguntar si tienen el producto que requiero y se atreven a decir que sí lo hay, llegas un par de horas después y resulta que siempre no. He ido porque hago el súper en el Walmart que está en esa plaza, pero es mil veces mejor la farmacia dermatologica que esta en Palmas plaza, siempre han tenido lo que he buscado y hasta tienen en existencia varias piezas del mismo producto; aunado a que el trato es mucho mejor en dicha farmacia, ya que el personal de ahí es mucho más amable y te explican, recomiendan y sugieren otros productos. No vayan a la farmacia de via san Ángel, sólo irán a perder su tiempo.
This pharmacy never has anything, if I could rate it with less than 2 stars I would. There are more than 4 occasions that I am going to ask about the product (Anthelios protector, lend me ointment, periplum gel, pilexil shampoo, among others) and they have never had what I ask for. The worst thing is that I have dialed to ask if they have the product that I require and they dare to say that there is, you arrive a couple of hours later and it turns out that not always. I have gone because I do the supermarket at the Walmart that is in that plaza, but the dermatology pharmacy is a thousand times better than it is in Palmas plaza, they have always had what I have looked for and they even have in stock several pieces of the same product; In addition to the fact that the treatment is much better in said pharmacy, since the staff there is much more friendly and they explain, recommend and suggest other products. Do not go to the pharmacy in via san Ángel, you will only waste your time.
