★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible servicio de la sra que te atiende siemore esta de mal humor y hasta como que se enoja porque le preguntas hasta te da miedo preguntarle algo , si no les gusta su trabajo no deberian estar ahi, ademas de que se ver suoer antiguo deberian actualizarse y ponde personal que te atienda todas tus dudas prefiero ir a los depositos cercanos a ellos te atienden muy bien super rapido y mas barato , no regreso a prodonsa y no los recomiendo

Quise comprar en linea y no se puede porque la página solo te muestra todos los productos pero al momento de agregarlos al carrito no se puede, reporté la falla en la página y nunca obtuve respuesta. Llamé por teléfono para hacer el pedido y me dijeron que enviara mi lista a su correo, la envié y nunca contestaron, volví a llamar y me dicen que después me devuelven la llamada... jamás llamaron. Además las personas que contestan tienen muy mal carácter. Pésimo en todos los aspectos.
Bad service, you just can't buy anything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, quería comprar un material y hable a Prodonsa y la señorita qué atendió la llamada me dio su página para qué viera sus productos y hacer mi pedido vía correo electrónico, sin ningún interés en dar alguna información y realizar la venta. Jamás comprare en Prodonsa pésima actitud y servicio.
Very bad service, I wanted to buy a material and speak to Prodonsa and the lady who answered the call gave me her page so she could see her products and make my order via email, without any interest in giving some information and making the sale. I will never buy in Prodonsa bad attitude and service.
