★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto servicio, hice una compra por parte de mi empresa; un mes y finalmente me dijeron que no podian fabricar el producto. llevo un mes tratando de que me devuelvan mi dinero por el incumplimiento y no contestan mis llamadas. Nadie toma la responsabilidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He comprado pisos dieléctricos con anterioridad y todo bien pero hace poco en la empresa donde trabajamos transferimos la compra de un hule (Nos habían comentado que lo tenían de inmediato) y al paso de unas horas nos dijeron que ya no tenían y que tenía que solicitar la devolución por correo y que en 20 días HÁBILES nos devolverían el dinero. Decepcionada totalmente por su respuesta cuando no fue nuestra culpa. Ni modo.
I have bought dielectric floors before and everything is fine but recently at the company where we work we transferred the purchase of a rubber (They had told us that they had it immediately) and after a few hours they told us that they no longer had it and that they had to request the return by mail and that in 20 BUSINESS days they would return the money to us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 23 de Abril 2020 fui a las instalaciones a comprar neopreno, hice la compra y en el momento que me entregaron el producto lo revise y me di cuenta que no era lo que yo necesitaba y asi se lo comente a la vendedora, Ella me dijo que me reembolsarian los 1705.20 pesos en unos dias. Hasta hoy 2 de Junio 2020 pude checar mi estado de cuenta y no aparece el reembolso asi que me comunique para saber que habia pasado y me encontre con una recespcionista que no quiso pasarme ni al representante legal ni al Gerente de ventas solo me dijo que mandara un correo electronico.
Me parece que lo que estan haciendo es un robo.
Espero que esto le llegue a la persona indicada y me regresen mi dinero

It seems to me that what they are doing is a robbery.

Hay un interfón y se limitan a contestar de mala gana muy mala impresión.
Media calle atrás hay un expendio de hules automotrices y hay buenos precios y surtido.
