★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal el servicio recibido, ya q al solicitar una cotización esperás recibir apoyo y orientación de un producto que cubra tus necesidades, pero en cambio recibes por parte de una empleada un servicio al cliente que deja mucho que desear además de un trato indigno.
Espero la empresa tome cartas en el asunto y mejore el servicio al cliente otorgado por sus empleados.
Very badly the service received, since when requesting a quote you expect to receive support and guidance of a product that meets your needs, but instead you receive a customer service from an employee that leaves much to be desired in addition to unworthy treatment.
I hope the company takes action on the matter and improves the customer service provided by its employees.
