★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es lo que esperaba. Una desorganización en la atención a clientes. Hay una sola, "filisima" para comprar roscas y yo que solo iba por un café y pastel tenía que formarme en la misma. Los policías nos tratan como si fuéramos a mendigar los productos. Muy decepcionado, ya que es una empresa reconocida a nivel nacional. Si vas a comprar "un pastel" hazte a la idea de perder tiempo y gasolina.
That's not what I expected. A disorganization in customer service. There is only one, "filisima" to buy donuts and I who only went for a coffee and cake had to train in it. The police treat us as if we were going to beg for the products. Very disappointed as it is a nationally recognized company. If you are going to buy "a cake" get used to the idea of wasting time and gas.

Al regresar a la empresa me dicen que ya la partí que no .e la pueden cambiar.
Cómo voy a saber que sólo está partida sin relleno sin abrirla??
