★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... tardan diiiiiiiaaaaassss en atender llamadas de servicio, aparte de que tienen mucha rotación de personal y nunca hay nadie que se haga responsable... pero eso si, para cobrar, ahí no le fallan!!!

No llevamos ni 2 meses con el equipo y se ha descompuesto un par de veces, a eso aunado la PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE porque te levantan reportes que no atienden a la brevedad, en verdad que parece que lo barato nos saldrá caro porque nos están dando una mala impresión de servicio hacía un cliente nuevo.
BAD TECHNICAL SERVICE. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus productos son de caludad aunque el servicio tecnico y de atencion al cliente son muy malos y me atreveria a decir que son super malos la gente es muy grosera la que hace facturas o la jefa de ella es pesima no tiene el conocimiento pero esta ahi porque es la hija del dueño que tamooco hace nada por mejorar la imagen de su empresa no la recomendaria para comprar, alquilar o trabajar sus instalaciones son de pesima calidad les faltan muchos recursos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN en todos aspectos, en servicio técnico y en resolver problemas de facturación. SIEMPRE ponen pretextos y muy pocas soluciones por eso en cuanto termino el contrato forzoso de 2 años lo cancelamos porque ni las cláusulas del mismo respetan a pesar de tener un equipo en condiciones deplorables que nunca quisieron cambiar. NO CONTRATEN NUNCA CON ELLOS y menos si te atiende Adiela Zarza y Liliana Juárez.
PESIMA ATTENTION in all aspects, in technical service and in solving billing problems. ALWAYS they put pretexts and very few solutions so when I finish the 2-year forced contract we cancel it because the clauses of it do not respect despite having a team in deplorable conditions that they never wanted to change. DO NOT CONTRACT NEVER WITH THEM, especially if Adiela Zarza and Liliana Juárez attend you.
