★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una llanta de la marca "radburg" en el mes de noviembre del año pasado. la llanta tuvo desprendimiento de hilos me dicen que no tiene garantía que porque Esa llanta es de lo "más corriente" qué pueden vender aquí. que si yo gustaba ellos podrían conseguirme un ajustador "experto", y que Ellos tenían respuesta del ajustador en una semana aproximadamente, todo esto con un costo extra lo cual genera un costo extra para mí aunado a una gran pérdida de tiempo será recomendable el servicio ya que desde que llegué personal de la sucursal me preguntan "Quién te vendió eso" de manera despectiva siendo que ellos mismos trabajan ahí y saben la calidad de producto que me vendieron. Cero atención al cliente cero recomendable comprar algún artículo o acudir algún servicio a prodinamics servicios
I bought a "Radburg" tire in the month of November of last year. the tire had detachment of threads tell me that it has no guarantee that because that tire is the "most common" what can sell here. that if I liked them they could get me an "expert" adjuster, and that they had response from the adjuster in a week or so, all this at an extra cost which generates an extra cost for me coupled with a great loss of time the service will be recommended Since I arrived from the branch staff, they ask me "Who sold you that" in a derogatory way, since they work there and know the quality of the product they sold me. Zero customer service zero advisable to buy an item or go to any service prodinamics services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me fue bien.. compré un juego de llantas para mi camioneta que está con una adaptación para levantar la suspensión mediante aumentos y al quitar las llantas viejas y poner las nuevas levantaron excesivamente en el lado izquierdo trasero y los tres restantes normal, lo que ocasionó se moviera y saliera de lugar el aumento trasero izquierdo. Tuve que ir a un taller mecánico a qué arreglaran esa parte de la suspensión de mi camioneta
It did not go well for me... I bought a set of tires for my truck that has an adaptation to raise the suspension through increases and when removing the old tires and putting the new ones they lifted excessively on the rear left side and the remaining three normal, which caused the rear left augmentation to move out of place. I had to go to a mechanic to have that part of my truck's suspension fixed.
