About Proesa
Proesa (Procesos Electroforéticos SA. de CV.) is a Mexican company belonging to the Industries division of Protexa.
It began operations in 1987, still doing some coatings manually for the General Motors Company, to which it provided the painting service for the engine caps, crankcases and chassis supports.
Two years later, in 1989, Proesa Protexa inaugurated the plant of Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. In 2000, it opened the plant of San Luis Potosí providing the electrophoresis coating (e-coat) for metal parts and the liquid painting process for plastic parts.
Currently both plants have automated and robotic processes, which satisfactorily meet the quality requirements of a large number of customers in the automotive, household appliance and electronics industries.

Compramos un horno
Y nunca funcionó
No nos hicieron valida la garantía
El gerente sale con la excusa que la fulana que nos vendió el horno ya no trabaja para ellos entonces los reportes hechos del mal funcionamiento del horno nunca según ellos llegó a sus oídos
Así que se están lavando las manos para no hacernos valida la garantía
Tenemos 1 año de haberlo adquirido y nunca funcionó
Ahora resulta que el gerente dice nunca haber escuchado un reporte de nuestro problema
Es una pésima tienda
Nunca compren con ellos
Pésimo servicio y atención

We bought an oven
And it never worked
The guarantee was not validated
The manager leaves with the excuse that the whore who sold us the oven no longer works for them so the reports made of the oven's malfunction never reached their ears according to them.
So they are washing their hands to not make the guarantee valid
We have 1 year of having acquired it and it never worked
Now it turns out that the manager says he has never heard a report of our problem
It's a lousy store
