No se lo que le paso a nuestro amigo pero yo tengo 10 anos llevando mis equipos a macro y toda mi familia y nunca hemos tenido ningun problema con los equipos aparte te dan la garantia por escrito de mano de obra y partes y le trabajan a tiendas de prestigio pero bueno cada quien habla de su esperiencia gracias saludos solo compruebelos ustedes mismo bye

MACRO RATOTAS deberían ponerle, amigos tengan cuidado, con este centro de servicio de Samsung, por que lleve una pantalla a reparar y según no cobran revision, pero te quitan piezas y te ponen unas mas viejas o piezas descompuestas y se quedan con tus piezas buenas, en caso de que no repares tu pantalla, a mi me cambiaron mi tarjeta MEI y le pusieron una de una serie mas vieja, y cuando me di cuenta según argumentaron que no servia la mía y de buena gente me pusieron esa mas vieja para que reparara mi pantalla, siendo que la falla original de mi pantalla era la tarjeta fuente. Si pueden por favor compartan, yo ya envié un correo a samsung para ponerlos en evidencia.. . Que bueno que a ti no te han robado como a mi, pero como comentas esa fue mi experiencia, y ademas la de otro conocido le paso lo mismo al no repararla le cambiaron 3 tarjetas de una pantalla panasonic, y al ir a reclamar le mostraron un vídeo donde la abrieron y la cerraron, pero el único detalle es que la pantalla la tuvieron 8 días, y ya con su vídeo de media hora según fue su respaldo. Yo solo quiero advertirlos, cada quien toma su decisión, y que bueno que a ti en 10 años todo halla estado bien y como te van a robar si eres SOCIO o PROPIETARIO COMO APARECE EN OTRA PAGINA MARTINEZ VAZQUEZ ÓSCAR LUIS.

Tardaron 3 dias para venir a revisar una pantalla a la cuál ni revisaron solamente le tomaron un video por WhatsApp y comentaron que era el Display adicional nunca se comunicaron con nosotros tuvimos que estar llamandolos para que respondieran; ademas "repararon" una pantalla que volvio a dar la falla y no hicieron valida la garantía a apesar de cambiar la pieza por una "original" esa fue muestra experiencia tengan cuidado ya que al parecer solamente les importa cambiar piezas por otras de poca calidad y cobrarlas como originales.
