 I don't know why they bother me so much about my account if you got an immediate response and it doesn't always have to be x phone invest in it pokito and it's worth the wait

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increíble, cuando uno más necesita asesoría y protección contra abusos, en la Profeco no contestan al teléfono o en el chat. Fui a la oficina y ni me dieron seguimiento a mi caso. Al parecer no hay nadie quien nos defienda como consumidores.
Incredible, when one more needs advice and protection against abuse, Profeco does not answer the phone or chat. I went to the office and they didn't follow up on my case. Apparently there is no one who defends us as consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui en mas de tres ocaciones a las oficinas ubicada en juan de montoro, tienen a un personal cero capacitado, la atrencion es pesima, no le dan seguimiento esta peor que derechos humanos ni recomendaciones emite
I went on more than three occasions to the offices located in Juan de Montoro, they have zero trained personnel, the attention is terrible, they do not follow up on it, it is worse than human rights or recommendations issued

They are nefarious, they do not answer the phone, and if by chance they answer, they leave you hanging arguing that in a moment they will attend to you

I went today and they say that they close at 3 o'clock I asked for permission at my work that bad not to change the schedule but the day that is New Year I say that the schedule can vary, really bad

Según ellos tienen el 3 por 2 pero le aumentaron hasta un 50 porr ciento a todos los productos
Un ejemplo ellos t venden 3 cajas de cereal por 195 y cualquier otro lado se traen los mismos productos por 170 pesos máximo entonces dónde está el supuesto descuento de julio regalado ??
