★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo he asistido 3 veces a poner mi denuncia y he sido atendida siempre y me han resuelto mis casos de forma favorable y justa. Es verdad que lleva su tiempo pero al final vale la pena. Les aconsejo que cuando hagan su denuncia lleven en un folder todos los documentos necesarios, evidencias, fotos, registro de llamadas o mensajes que avalen y den soporte a su denuncia, de esa forma se facilita la resolución del problema.
 I have attended 3 times to file my complaint and I have always been attended and my cases have been resolved favorably and fairly. It is true that it takes time but in the end it is worth it. I advise you that when you make your complaint, carry in a folder all the necessary documents, evidence, photos, call records or messages that endorse and support your complaint, thus facilitating the resolution of the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Así es pésimo servicio, deberian de quitarla ya que ayuda más a las empresas que al consumidor, se hacen....tontos para tardar y no darle seguimiento a tu queja y te aplican la aburridora,muy mal .no deberían de gastar nuestros impuestos en este tipo de instituciones ya que no les importa el consumidor.
This is a terrible service, they should remove it since it helps companies more than the consumer, they become ... silly to delay and not follow up on your complaint and they apply the boring one, very bad. They should not spend our taxes in this type of institutions since they do not care about the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero q si pueden levantar esto de q no hemos tenido bueno el internet de esta empresa de Megacable de estas localidades, José gualupe Rodríguez , el real del oro , la gloria , Cempoala, el Bobo , entre otros del estado de veracruz si va aser el reporte adelante por q nos urge y sino cuál es el chiste dq. Estamos pagando si no hace ese reporte va a estar igual así q les pido q lo hagan lo más pronto posible se los agradeceríamos todos d esos ciudadanos
