Gente egoísta, que lo que no saben es que solamente hacen que no se mejore el servicio al consumidor en general en nuestro país. APPALLING!!!! Y si vas a las instalaciones no te dan servicio aunque estén desocupados. te dicen que vayas más temprano porque según ellos están muy atareados. Esto me pasó a mi e irónicamente esta burócrata no estaba atendiendo a nadie antes que a mi. Profeco de Irapuato pésimo trabajo. Con quien los podemos denunciar? Con otros burócratas igual a ellos? Y así Obrador les quiere subir el sueldo. Todo queda entre burócratas. R	R Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no contestan los teléfonos, ni correos electrónicos, y cuando uno acude personalmente se lavan las manos fácilmente dándole la razón a las empresas (se ve les da flojera trabajar). Esto me sucedió con celular Motorola el cual tenia un grave defecto de fabrica, donde dicha empresa no respeto la garantía. Cuando lleve el caso a estas oficinas de Profeco solo se desentendieron argumentado que era mi culpa. Lousy service, they don't answer the phones or emails, and when you go in person they wash their hands easily, agreeing with the companies (you can see they're too lazy to work). This happened to me with a Motorola cell phone which had a serious manufacturing defect, where said company did not respect the guarantee. When I took the case to these Profeco offices, they only disregarded it, arguing that it was my fault.
