★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, operaron a mi perrita de un tumor y todo salió muy bien, la Dra Ale siempre estuvo al tanto de ella y de su recuperación, muy amable y trata a nuestro perros con mucho cariño, todos se portaron muy bien y muy profesionales. Los recomiendo mucho.

Sin embargo, cuando hicieron los de orocultivo probablemente se les olvidó porque se tardaron más de 8 días en darme resultados cuando son de 3 a 5 días normalmente. Cuando les hablé para pedirles respuestas, fue grosero y prepotente el Dr. Me dijo que eran de 5 a 7 días. Cuando le pregunté a mi veterinaria me dijo que eso no era cierto. Mi perrita sigue sin aliviarse y todavía no sabemos qué darle de medicamentos porque no estuvo a tiempo el análisis.
They did urine and blood tests and they came out on time. However, when they did the oroculture ones they probably forgot because it took more than 8 days to give me results when it is 3 to 5 days normally. When I spoke to them to ask for answers, it was rude and pushy. Dr. told me that it was 5 to 7 days. When I asked my vet she said that was not true. My dog is still not relieved and we still do not know what to give her medication because the analysis was not on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienen cirugias de emergencia lo entiendo pero nada les cuesta hablar a sus clientes y avisar que no podrán atenderlos ya q no saben de que tan lejoa vengan muy mal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo utilice este establecimiento como pensiòn para mi perrita durante 3 dias. Muy buen servicio. Estaba contenta mi mascota. Fueron muy amables. Aunque son muy estrictos en los horarios. Pero mi calificación es buena y tienen buen precio.
I use this facility as pension for my dog for 3 days. Very good service. I was glad my pet. They were very kind. Although very strict schedules. But my rating is good and have good price.
