The building has cockroaches, they do not give it maintenance, when you ask them they tell you that the owner does not want to do it, you want to do it and they tell you not to put your hand but they never do. With the cockroaches they never wanted to do anything. Terrible and more than terrible service. They promised me paint for the apartment because it already looked old, when I asked for it they denied it, they told me that I could paint as I wanted but with my money, I did it and in the end when I left it they told me "and how are we going to do with what about the painting? " I left the apartment in January 2021 and they signed a promissory note for the 45-day deposit. It's May already, they don't answer my calls on any of the numbers, they don't answer my messages or send mail or anything. It is just a reflection of what a relationship with that real estate company has been for 4 years.

I want to share with you what happened to me last November when I rented a house with Professo at the modern branch and it was the worst thing I could have done. 1. When signing the contract, it turns out that the owner was not there but my guarantors and I signed and they told me that in a few days as soon as the owner arrived they would give me my copy and they asked me to sign 12 promissory notes that were going to be delivered to me month after month after each payment. 2. When I moved into the house, it turns out that there was no water, one of the neighbors told me that the water there was used for essential things like bathing and cooking, watering plants and cleaning the house were not essential things. 3. The house was not painted, there were insects, the balcony window was useless and when I reported it, the agent who attended me (Roberto) told me: I recommend that you better not open the window, you are not going to have an accident because it will go away above (instead of offering the solution to repair it). 4. There was a gas leak, the drain pipe from the sink one day literally came off and all the water came out, one day while I was taking a shower, the boiler exploded out of nowhere... this and many other things, they painted it very nicely because it goes included water and electricity in the rent but they didn't even have meters ?. The point is that after 5 days of living there and realizing everything, I asked for my money back, since I paid rent + deposit + legal policy, not counting the move and all the other expenses that come to a new place . When I asked them for my copy of the contract because I wanted to rescind it, they began to give me pause, that the owner was not in the country, that he had already returned but they had not been able to meet, that a thousand reasons... the joke is that at After a few days they give me my contract but without the owner's signature... I went to PROFECO to ask for advice but they couldn't help me, I looked for help everywhere I could, the joke is that from day 5 that I asked for the termination of the contract they made me super tired so that I could spend the whole month and so they only did the return of the deposit and not of the rent. For which I had to pay moving, rent and deposit elsewhere. In the end, I just want to recommend that you be careful when you rent, I trusted myself because I saw that it was a serious company, that it has franchises everywhere but this lesson cost me dearly and I learned that I must look at EVERYTHING before entering a new place (something which is obvious but I've never had anything like this happen to me in any of the places I've lived). Please, do not trust because it is a "serious" real estate company or company, thieves and fraudulent people are everywhere and dressed in the best suits.
