★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui con mi suegra a la oficina de Profuturo en León y observe lo siguiente:
1.- Los teléfonos en la sucursal de León no son atendidos, uno se tiene que comunicar a la sucursal general, donde se da información incorrecta sobre el listado de documentos a presentar para realizar los trámites.
2.- Debido a esto, uno tiene que regresar varias veces a la oficina para completar la documentación para su iniciar el trámite.
3.- No existen suficientes oficinas para realizar los trámites. Si uno radica en Guanajuato, tiene que ir a la oficina de León.
4.- En el tiempo de espera en la oficina, vimos que de todas las personas que pasaron antes que nosotros (al menos 4), ninguna pudo comenzar su trámite debido a la falta de documentos.
I went with my mother-in-law to the Profuturo office in León and observed the following:
1.- The telephones in the León branch are not answered, one has to communicate to the general branch, where incorrect information is given on the list of documents to present to carry out the procedures.
2.- Because of this, one has to return several times to the office to complete the documentation to start the process.
3.- There are not enough offices to carry out the procedures. If you live in Guanajuato, you have to go to the León office.
4.- In the waiting time in the office, we saw that of all the people who passed before us (at least 4), none could start their process due to the lack of documents.

Terrible service, they do not respect appointments. I don't understand why they give appointments if they don't respect... I recommend changing your Afore if you don't want to experience bad service
