★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fue suficiente la atención que me dieron la cita la tenia a las 2:10 pm y me atendieron a las 2:45 y los o las que prestan el servicio no están capacitados ya que no cuentan con la suficiente capacitación e información..les pregunte sobre la cuenta del SAR (92_97 )y no tenían mucha información ℹ .Ago enfacis en que me refiero al personal mo a la Afore en general ,por que es una de las mejores que tenemos en México...
The attention they gave me the appointment was not enough, I had it at 2:10 pm and they attended to me at 2:45 and those who provide the service are not trained since they do not have enough training and information. I asked about the SAR account (92_97) and they did not have much information ℹ. In August I mean that I am referring to the Afore staff in general, because it is one of the best we have in Mexico ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden por cita, es un lugar pequeño con una recepcionista y dos señoritas que atienden las citas amablemente. El lugar dispone de muy poco estacionamiento, creo que dos cajones, así que hay que llegar con tiempo para bus ar dónde está ionarse
They attend by appointment, it is a small place with a receptionist and two young ladies who attend appointments kindly. The place has very little parking, I think two drawers, so you have to arrive in time to find out where to get there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me atendió muy rápido pero de muy mala gana y sin ninguna intención de ayudarme, llevaba mis documentos que me pidieron en el registro de la cita y no les gusto mi acta de nacimiento a pesar de ser digital y con qr que es lo más actual, razón por la que no me atendieron a pesar de decirles que viaje 300 km de distancia para la cita
I was attended very quickly but very reluctantly and without any intention of helping me, I had my documents that they asked me for in the appointment register and they did not like my birth certificate despite being digital and with qr which is the most current , which is why they did not attend me despite telling them to travel 300 km away for the appointment
