★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que atiende no tiene idea de lo que se hace en su trabajo, yo he requerido trámites y nunca nadie se ha comportado así, no tiene trato, fui 15 min antes de las 3 porque no sabía la hora de cierre y ni siquiera me dejó pasar para comentarme sobre mis dudas, se puso en la.puerta y entrecerró, desde ahí algo no me latió, fui al otro día a la 1 y me dijo que sacará cita, estaba desocupada, no había gente esperando, me dijo que mi triamite era de 40 min y que mejor lo hiciera en línea. Le dije que en el número que me dio nunca contestan porq era grabación y que mejor iba temprano. Total que mejor espere al día se mi cita era a las 12, no había gente, me dijo que no me iba a recibir y que le hiciera como quiera, me señaló con su dedo el teléfono desde la puerta y ya no hubo poder humano que le hiciera entender que teníamos cita, . Es la única persona en todo Campeche que puede atender algún trámite? No es posible que haya gente así. Mal encarada, grosera, déspota... Pobre seño, que mal la ha de tratar la vida.
Conseguí un númeeo.de un contacto y muy amablemente me dio indicaciones y comunico con la persona
y área correspondiente, en menos de 10 min quedó mi trámite y eso era lo único que necesitaba, que me.orientara. en fin. Porfa, urge cambien este tipo de personas cuando se sienten únicas diosas.
