★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención mala, hacen citas, no las respetan, te apuntas en la libreta y menos , hay personal pero no todos atienden por lo regular solo 2 , pero q tal se acerca la una de comer y si c van rápido y uno esperando....
Bad attention, they make appointments, they do not respect them, you sign up in the notebook and less, there are staff but not all usually attend only 2, but how about one comes to eat and if c they go fast and one waiting ... .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio en la sucursal de chihuahua, tenia cita la semana pasada para lo de desempleo subsecuente y me dijeron que no aparecia y fui el dia de hoy sin cita por que no hay citas hasta dentro de un mes estuve desde las 11:30 y a las 6:00 me dijeron que ya no me iban a atender y eso que nadamas es imprimir una hoja, luego fui a hablar con el Gerente y tampoco, dijo que no podia hacer nada que hasta el proximo lunes y hoy es martes. Perder otro dia completo muy mal....
Terrible service in the chihuahua branch, I had an appointment last week for the subsequent unemployment and they told me that it did not appear and I went today without an appointment because there are no appointments for a month I was from 11:30 and at 6:00 they told me that they would no longer attend to me and that nothing more is to print a sheet, then I went to speak with the Manager and neither, he said that he could not do anything until next Monday and today is Tuesday. Losing another full day too bad ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se les va el sistema, quedan en llamarte al día siguiente y nunca te devuelven la llamada! Además nunca contestan el teléfono. Pésimo servicio.
The system is gone, they stay to call you the next day and they never call you back! Plus they never answer the phone. Terrible service.
